We LOVE creating custom Kastle Klub orders for our theme park lovers! We have an abundance of vintage character sheets to choose from and can make a dress to fit our sizing XXS to 5X depending on what you want! Choose from our options in our carousel below. Larger sizes might need different fabric/sheet for sleeves. We typically only have 1 sheet style available. If you want to use your own sheet or fabric please let us know.🙂
There is a upcharge to specialty sheets. Price automatically updates when specialty sheets are selected.
AT CHECKOUT IN THE “MEASUREMENTS & NOTES” BOX:
- Let us know what SHEET you choose ( name of sheet in Pink box)
- Let us know what SIZE NUMBER you are (in Kastle Klub sizing)
- Let us know your BUST SIZE.
- Let us know your HEIGHT.
- Let us know your vacation date.
- If there are multiple characters on the sheet you chose, what character would you like on the front bodice. (please give us 3 options) We will try and get 1 of your top 3 characters on the front. This may not apply to every sheet.

*Plus size dresses may require another sheet or extra fabric. If we only have 1 sheet of the print, a different sheet will be used for extra fabric. There will be an additional cost for these circumstances.
* Our dresses are made from second hand sheets. We do our absolute best to look over and review all the sheets/fabric we purchase. There is a possibility of some light wear on some fabrics. We do clean all the sheets when we purchase them.
*Please measure your bust before purchasing. Go to our “SIZING” page to determine. Please note: Your BUST SIZE is NOT your bra size.
* Colors can vary from the computer or cell phone screen.
* Bodice is lined
* There are 3 rows of elastic in the back bodice and 1 row of elastic in the front bodice. This helps fit several sizes.
*Puffy sleeves can be worn on top of the shoulders or off the shoulders.
* These dresses are one of a kind. Handmade with so much LOVE!
* Once you select your sheet you can NOT change it for another.
* Once dresses are shipped we are not responsible for lost or damaged garments from postal carriers.
* No returns are allowed, all sales are final. We do not alter dresses.

Your magical garments were made with delicate vintage fabrics and should be cared for in a delicate manner to preserve your unique item. *To prevent snagging, please refrain from using buttons or pins into any Kastle Klub garment and follow the necessary recommendations below:
-spot clean as needed
-hand wash only in cold water
-use a gentle detergent
-hang to dry
-lightly steam (or iron) the cotton fabric only on low heat, if needed
