We LOVE creating kustom Kastle Klub orders for our theme park lovers! We have an abundance of vintage character sheets to choose from and can make a dress to fit our sizing XXS to 5X depending on what you want! Choose from our sheet options in our carousel below. Larger sizes might need additional fabric. There might need to be additional fabric added to a dress depending on the size sheet you choose ( fitted or flat sheet. We only have 1 sheet style available. If you want to use your own sheet or fabric please let us know.🙂
There is a upcharge for specialty sheets. Price automatically updates when specialty sheets are selected.

- Let us know what SIZE NUMBER you wear (in Kastle Klub sizing)
- Let us know your BUST SIZE measurement
- Let us know your HEIGHT measurement
- Let us know your BICEP measurement
- Let us know your vacation date.
- If there are multiple characters on the sheet you chose, what character would you like on the front bodice. (please give us 3 options) We will try and get 1 of your top 3 characters on the front. This may not apply to every sheet.
KUSTOM Dress Information & Policies
Production Time
• Please allow 4–6 weeks for all KUSTOM orders to be sewn.
Sizing
• Please measure your bust before purchasing. Visit our “Sizing” page to determine your correct size.
• Your bust measurement is NOT your bra size.
Fabric & Materials
• Our dresses are made from secondhand sheets and vintage fabrics. We carefully inspect every sheet we purchase, but some light wear may be present due to the nature of vintage materials.
• All sheets are cleaned before being used.
• Plus-size dresses may require an additional sheet or extra fabric. If we only have one sheet available in a print, a coordinating sheet may be used for additional fabric. Additional costs may apply in these cases.
• Microfiber sheets are durable and high quality, but they can snag easily. Please avoid using pins or buttons with these fabrics.
Dress Construction
• The bodice is fully lined.
• The back bodice includes three rows of elastic, and the front bodice includes one row of elastic to help accommodate multiple sizes.
Important Notes
• These dresses are one-of-a-kind and handmade with love.
• Once you select your sheet/print, it cannot be changed.
• Colors may vary slightly depending on your computer or phone screen.
Shipping & Returns
• Once dresses are shipped, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by postal carriers.
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer alterations.
Garment Care
Your magical garment is made from delicate vintage fabrics and should be handled with care to preserve its beauty.
To prevent snagging, please avoid using buttons or pins on any Kastle Klub garment.
Care Instructions:
• Spot clean as needed
• Hand wash only in cold water
• Use a gentle detergent
• Hang to dry
• Lightly steam or iron cotton fabrics on low heat, if needed
